I brought my mother for her birthday/mothers day and she was blown away by how wonderful everything was! We both had 2 hour massages and they were wonderful! I went to Jeremy, he was amazing and my mother saw Frank and raved about him. Don't waste your money going anywhere else, go to Zen3 for the best!!

I was blown away by the spa the first time I visited, it was like nothing I've experienced in Springfield or even abroad. Even walking in the door and then preparing for the massage was like peeling back layers of my stress and pain. I've got some pretty severe muscle problems in my neck and head that causes migraines and spasms. I like massages for the relaxation, but I NEED them for pain management. When I have gone too long between massages my husband can tell that I need it. I've been having problems nonstop for the past couple weeks and we made an "emergency" call at 4:30 pm to see if they could fit me in asap and Kara saw me at 5pm (I'm pretty sure she came back in just for me!) When I left, I was tender, but not in pain! I appreciate that when I'm in, Kara always tries to find out what has been hurting and then walks me through how to counteract the effects of various strains and spasms so that each time, I'm equipped with more knowledge for myself. Then, she works on the muscles until it's relieved. What also amazes me is that she knows when I say pain *here* and show her, that it's causing other pains in (to my mind) unrelated areas. Her knowledge & explanations of how the muscles work is together always teaches me something new about habits and movements I need to avoid. Having spent years with these problems it's nice to have someone be able to give me solid information! Also, when I have sinus problems, a massage helps remove the pain and though I don't understand it, it does work!

For my first massage today it felt great to get it at Zin 3!!! Thanks to my massage school for sending me there!! PMTC (professional massage training center) I left with a better understanding of massage and I left really relaxed!! I can't wait until I can start massaging people just as good as them!! :)

My wife and I have been to Zen 3 Spa once before and were very impressed. We had a great experience. The staff is great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
